Edinburgh House is a spacious and comfortable duplex apartment ideally located just 5-7 minutes’ walk from Salcombe’s pretty waterfront, shops, boutiques, pubs and restaurants. The sandy beaches of East Portlemouth and Millbay can be reached quickly and easily via the small passenger ferry that runs to/from the harbour all year round. The apartment forms part of a late 19th Century house which was converted into three apartments in recent years. Arranged over two floors, the apartment is suited to family groups or two couples looking for a centrally located property with lovely views and off-road parking.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away.
Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
