Step inside through the front door into a neat hallway and feel the sense of space as wooden flooring leads you into the sitting room. Here, a soft rug adds warmth underfoot while two inviting sofas create the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the coast. Flick on the Smart TV or simply enjoy the calm ambience as the evening light filters through.

Continue through to the kitchen and dining area, a sociable space where you can prepare hearty meals using the well-equipped facilities, from the gas hob and electric oven to the handy air fryer. Throw open the back door and step into the enclosed garden, a suntrap terrace complete with seating, table, and bench, ideal for alfresco dining or a quiet morning coffee.

The side gate makes life easy for storing bikes or beach gear after a day by the water. Climb the staircase to discover three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The first double offers long panoramic views and its own TV for relaxed evenings, while the second double provides a peaceful retreat with access from one side and a glimpse of the sea in the distance.

A cushy single completes the sleeping arrangements, also offering a peek of the coastline. The bathroom is fresh and functional, featuring a bath with shower over, basin, and WC, perfect for washing away the salt and sand. Worker/business/company bookings welcome. Walkers, cyclists, golfers, sports groups welcome. Two small well-behaved dogs also welcome, but we do request that they do not go on furniture or upstairs in the carpeted areas. Dog bowls and toys are available. Property is approx 2.5 miles from Paignton Railway station and the beach. Wifi, Gas central heating, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 1.6 miles. Note: The electric fire is not in use. Please note there is CCTV outside the property for security at front and rear but guests can laisie with the owner pre arrival if they prefer to have it stwitched off during their stay.
