Within a short walk is 'The Ham' is a superb recreation space right on the banks of the river Dart, here you'll find open spaces, super views and play equipment that the children will love as well as The Ferry Boat Inn, an excellent food pub with some of the best views in Devon. Further afield is the historic town of Dartmouth ideal for boat trips or take a steam train from Kingswear to the sandy beach at Goodrington.
