Upon entering the property, you enter a bright comfortable ,cosy space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessities for a week-long stay.
The living room is a relaxing space with seating and a dining area. Sleeping accommodation comprises a comfortable double and a large single bed. At the front of the property there is a patio with table, seating and parasol. The property has easy access to the centre of Dawlish where you will find a vast array of amenities and attractions to suit all.
To keep you busy whilst staying here, why not pack a picnic and soak up the sun at the sandy beach, perfect for swimming, exploring the rock pools, and building sand castles with the younger guests. For walking lovers, you can follow the South West Coast Path to discover breath-taking coastline scenery before reaching the seaside resort of Dawlish Warren, which houses a wonderful nature reserve to enjoy.
Further afield attractions include visiting the larger towns of Torquay, Paignton, Exmouth and exploring the picturesque Dartmoor National Park. A charming seaside town set on the southern coast. The town of Dawlish offers all of the facilities for day-to-day living including a pleasant variety of shops, restaurants and cafés and a small theatre. Dawlish is famous for its Black Swans that live with other wildfowl on the Dawlish Water that runs through the central town park down to the sea, at night in the summer it is beautifully lit by strings of coloured lights.
Dawlish comes with a wonderful, sandy beach with a crazy golf course also nearby, it is the perfect place for a family holiday. Up the coast is Dawlish Warren that can be reached by car or train or, for those energetic types, a walk along the sea wall. Further afield, Dawlish mainline station offers access to Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Paignton or even Plymouth, trains are plentiful.
