3 Dolphin Court is a delightful ground floor apartment situated in Brixham, within touching distance of the harbour. Offering a wealth of character and an abundance of things to do, this wonderful apartment promises a splendid retreat to Devon. As you walk through the front door you are welcomed into a small porch area, where you can kick off your boots and coats, before lounging around in the open-plan living space.
The lounge offers a sofa and an armchair, perfect for curling up with your loved ones while you catch up with your favourite shows of an evening. The dining area seats four and is the perfect for family gathering over a delicious home-cooked meal. The kitchen has all the equipment you could need for a weekend at the coast, with appliances on-hand to help.
As the day draws to a close, retire to one of the two well-presented bedrooms: one double and one twin, benefitting from a family shower room. Spend a moment or two outside before setting off for the day and enjoy the bench by the front door. Off-road parking is available for one car. Brixham hosts a number of festivals each year, including the family-friendly BrixFest during the last week of May, the Brixham Pirate Festival during the first week of May, and the seafood and music festival of Fishstock Brixham in mid-September.
